We offer a few different ways to train depending on how much coaching and structure you need.
We’ll guide you into the right option, you don’t need to figure it out on your own.

SEMI-PRIVATE COACHING (1:2)

The best balance of coaching and value

  • Train alongside one other person

  • Follow your own personalised program

  • Coached throughout the entire session

$65 per person, per session (45 minutes)

Ideal for people who want structure and guidance, without the cost of one-on-one.

PERSONAL COACHING (1:1)

For those who want the highest level of support

  • Fully individualised sessions

  • Adjusted to your body, injuries, and goals

  • Ongoing coaching and accountability

$95 per session (45 minutes)

Best suited to people who want clear direction and faster progress.

Limited spots available to ensure a high level of coaching.

GROUP CLASSES

A flexible, coached group training option

  • Structured sessions designed to build strength and fitness.

  • All movements can be scaled to suit your ability.

  • Coached throughout, you’re not left to figure things out.

$61.74 per week (Unlimited group sessions)

A great option for people who enjoy training in a group and want to build a consistent routine.
