Unlimited membership

Allows access to all things Solace Fitness, this includes all classes, access to member only programs, open gym and personalised programs to complete at home. The membership also gives you a 10% discount with our in-house physiotherapist.
All new members will have an induction to Solace Fitness. This induction includes a one-on-one session with our experienced coaching staff. These sessions will cover the type of training you’d expect to see during one of our regular classes, plus an introduction to complex lifts and teaching of technique on our regular movements.
*All our memberships have no lock in contacts, no minimum terms** and up to 4-weeks membership suspension. All prices include GST.

Visitor Membership
10 pass - $200*
Visitor pass - $25 per session
Visitor memberships give people the opportunity to experience a Solace Fitness class. Visitors can attend any class on the timetable on a casual basis.
*Our 10 pass has a three month expiry from the date of purchase.

Personal Training
$70 p/w - 1 session per week
$130 p/w - 2 sessions per week
$190 p/w - 3 sessions per week
You will work one-on-one with an experienced trainer to work towards your health and fitness goals. Each client will have a pre-assessment with a trained physiotherapist to identify any pre-existing injuries and muscle deficiencies which may impact your training. Your trainer will assess your current fitness levels and will design a program to help you achieve your goals.
